Aromasin

Aromasin, the brand name for Exemestane, is a steroidal aromatase inhibitor (Al) that effectively lowers estrogen levels by irreversibly binding to the aromatase enzyme. This makes it a “suicidal” Al, meaning it permanently deactivates the enzyme, reducing the chance of estrogen rebound — a key advantage over non-suicidal Als like Arimidex (Anastrozole).

In performance-enhancing contexts, Aromasin is commonly used on-cycle with aromatizing compounds (e.g., Testosterone, Dianabol, or Deca) to prevent gynecomastia, water retention, fat gain, and other estrogenic side effects. It’s also used post-cycle to help restore natural hormone balance.
